Organisational transformation, programme leadership and strategic change initiatives.

  • Redesign and pilot of an automated performance review system for 13, 000 kaimahi. Created and distributed a feedback survey to over 1000 kaimahi to examine potential areas of improvement. Balanced key stakeholder interests by providing a solution that met the requirements of multiple professional groups and actioned key areas of feedback. Currently supporting a pilot group designed to test the integration of clinical performance standards with the new performance review system.

  • Created a Leadership Analytics report to better measure the impacts of all leadership programmes. The report was utilised to inform the actions behind Kia Poitoto | Public Service Pay Gap Action Plan.

  • Explored an organisational deployment of an AI tool to a multi-site, multi-service tele-health organisation, investigating barriers and enablers to successful deployment, and provided a summary and review of the initiative to the executive team.

  • Redesigned and facilitated an Emerging Leaders programme to align the language of models of other programmes. Created content and moderated the level and scope of the programme to meet learner needs. Implemented pre/post KPI metrics to allow for assessment of learner experience, development and course efficacy.

  • Liaised with Indigenous Design & Innovation Aotearoa to support the development of a Te Ao Māori organisational maturity measurement.
